with an Opportunity of Reception of Heavy Cargo Planes

2. Contents of the project
Using a favourable geographical position of Nikolaev (availability of three seaports, the passage through city of railway and automobile transport corridors) it is supposed to create on the basis of the Nikolaev airport the specialized cargo and passenger international airport with an opportunity of reception of heavy cargo-type planes.
Today the airport has one of the best runways (as for characteristics of firmness) in the south of Ukraine and all necessary infrastructure for reception and service providing for both passenger and cargo-type planes with landing weight up to 170 tons.
For operation with heavier planes the lengthening of the runway (400- 450 meters extension), construction of the specialized international sector, replacement of landing system (type 75) with one more modern are needed.
3. Seller's market
As the most real such directions should be considered: Asia, Middle East, China, countries of CIS and Europe for using the airport of Nikolaev as a transshipment base in the scheme "sea- air".
4. Forms of co-operation
The form and the conditions of cooperation will be produced during negotiations with the interested partner.
In case of the transforming the enterprise to a joint-stock company the investor redeems the block of shares.
5. Volume of investments and efficiency of the project
Total volume of needed investments is USD 600 000, including:
