The production of footwear as a type of consumer goods for population is the most complex one among the branches of light industry.

The population of Ukraine today consumes footwear of the Polish, Chinese, Turkish production, as well as from Russia. In overwhelming majority of footwear is made of artificial (synthetic) materials, which render negative influence on the people’s health.

During the project realization the creation of small works is foreseen, using:

• Domestic leather, for example, produced by VOZKO (Voznesensk Tanning Combine) joint-stock company and some other existing factories performing assembly, procuring, cutting out, etc.;
• Cooperation with western partner in development of models, production of shoe lasts, purchase of shoe furniture, soles, insoles, etc. (at the first stage), training of specialists.

Main principles of productions:

• Start up of footwear production only under the order, agreed to trade, and guaranteed on the fact of delivery payment during 10-15 days from the moment of receipt of footwear to the seller;
• Production will be small-scale with ability of quick resetting up;
• Availability of the own advanced marketing service ensuring the industrial program for 1-1,5 years forward.
