2. Contents of the project

In connection with reduction of an opportunity of placing the solid domestic wastes and closing of dumps there is a necessity of the domestic garbage processing. The greatest distribution in the world has a method of layer burning of the domestic wastes in special fire-chambers with the energy and secondary wastes utilization.

The joint-stock company "Inprojectservice" offers development of the project, delivery of the equipment and organization of production on processing of rubber items, including the worn out auto tire covers, plastic materials such as polythene and polyamide, wood-processing industrial wastes: 30 types of wastes as a total.

The technological circuit of production is closed and acts so that the small quantities of collateral harmful chemical combinations produced during the process were destroyed inside the installation in order not to pollute an environment.

The technology of wastes processing by a method of layer burning is the following: household wastes are delivered to factory and are unloaded in the receiving bunker, further they are forwarded to an incineration unit, which consists of loading system, chamber with a grid-iron lattice, system of slag removal, chamber of reburning, air heater, boiler-utilizer, system of gas clearing.

Depending on raw opportunities and energy needs of the concrete customer, the installation is adapted for the certain kinds of raw material and can produce secondary fuels.
