It is supposed to organise the production of vehicles, which can be applied in any branch of the national economy.

The vehicle contains a frame and at least two carriages with propulsive devices. Propellers rotation drive, turn of carriages and brakes are executed separately for each carriage with the purpose to increase a manoeuvrability, and support axes of rotary devices are located at one line.

Varying the carriages turning with regard to the frame, the movement along the diagonal, the U-turn of the vehicle and movement in the opposite direction are possible. If necessary, caterpillar track shoe can be removed and the vehicle will move on wheels.

The different applications of the vehicle are possible:

• In the mountains at steep raising angles as well as in swampy places - as having a high level of passableness.
• If used in agricultural works, the vehicle does not disturb the proper track during the row-spacing cultivation of the land. The installation of a frame above carriages makes the vehicle bridge higher; that allows to use it for treatment of high plant cultures and to improve the passableness over the curvy and stony surfaces.
• For the loading and unloading works at the railway, as well as in river and sea ports .

The vehicle is protected by the author's patent.
