2. Contents of the project
It is offered to create the Rehabilitation Centre- a factory for employment of people with disabilities. This Centre will be established on the basis of an unfinished building having 6000 sq.m of industrial and office apartments, located on the area of 2,04 ha inside the city. The problems connected with creation of the Centre come from the absence of financing for the capitalized repairs and improvement of the building, purchase of the necessary equipment and raw materials for creation of 10 productions where 250-300 disabled people should work. The industrial activity of the Centre is co-ordinated by social programmes of Nikolaev Municipality, the regional administration and the Employment Foundation.

5. Volume of investments and efficiency of the project
The investment project is designed for four years with the stage by stage start of productions.
Total volume of the necessary investments is USD 1 250 000.
Payback time is 13 months.
