Designing, manufacturing, installation, adjustment, delivery on a turn-key basis of the equipment for manufacturing of pipelines, shaped elements from pipes, metal constructions, details and units for assembly and welding production. Development and coordination of technological documentation. Certification of industries connected with processing of pipes, assembly and welding of metal constructions, welding materials. Hydraulic testing of pipes. Technology of pipes procession, assembling and welding works.

2. Contents of the project

At the present time the Ukrainian nuclear power stations and power-and-heating plants purchase cylindrical springs of diameters from 10 mm up to 40 mm for suspension of pipelines in Russia for prices higher, than the world prices. Only for one year the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant needs about 1500 springs of 13 standard sizes. The organization of their batch production is economically unprofitable, it is necessary to install the production equipment with a wide range of opportunities for manufacturing of springs by small batches for the appropriate needs.

The project provides creation of new jobs - not less than for 25 persons, as well as the reduction of operating costs at power plants and the terms of pipelines repair.

4. Forms of co-operation

• The investor provides money resources;
• The “Truboobrabotka” ITC provides intellectual potential as well as equipment (partially been at disposal) and industrial areas .

Volume of the required investments: USD 400 000.

The return of the investments is proportional to the sums in accordance with the production sale to the customers. Besides, the repayment by electricity with the proper discounts for its marketing is possible.
