Sector of activity: Designing, manufacturing, installation, adjustment, delivery on a turn-key basis of the equipment for manufacturing of pipelines, shaped elements from pipes, metal constructions, details and units for assembly and welding production. Development and coordination of technological documentation. Certification of industries connected with processing of pipes, assembly and welding of metal constructions, welding materials. Hydraulic testing of pipes. Technology of pipes procession, assembling and welding works.

2. Contents of the project

At the present time the Nikolaev public utilities purchase elements of pipelines from shipyards as well as from various intermediaries by the prices approximately 2 times higher than that of serial elements and about 3 times higher in comparison with elements produced under the new technology using machine tools with induction heating. Since the year 1998 “Truboobrabotka” ITC has been supplying the Nikolaev Municipal Energetic Company and other Power-and-Heating Plants with the elements of pipelines produced under the new technology with much lower cost than of stamped laterals.. At the same time the design of the equipment allows the production of all the necessary nomenclature without the special recustomizing; that is especially important for want of fulfillment of repair works.

The project stipulates the new jobs creation- not less than 15 persons, reduction of operating costs- not less, than 1,5 times, shortening of pipelines repair terms- not less than 2 times.

Internal 100% (Nikolaev municipal enterprises of heating/energy, water supply and dwelling maintenance).

4. Forms of co-operation

• The investor provides money resources;
• The “Truboobrabotka” ITC provides intellectual potential as well as equipment (partially been at disposal) and industrial areas .

Volume of the required investments: USD 300 000.

The return of the investments is proportional to the sums in accordance with the production sale to the customers.
